Richard Winfield Lewis - President
Richard has 20 years of progressively more responsible business experience. Prior to starting Augur Professional Services, Inc. Richard was the International Director of New Media & Partnerships at the Youth Federation for World Peace (YFWP). YFWP has 25,000 Young Ambassadors for Peace and 60 chapters globally.
Richard began his online marketing career 15 years ago while managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns and developing click through and interstitial advertising on web sites.
His specialty and the focus of Augur Professional Services, Inc. is guerilla (unconventional) marketing, and combined campaigns which include a variety of marketing services and tools which can include new media and direct marketing. Richard has also managed international new media campaigns for established non-profit organizations.
Richard is on the International Board of Advisors and is proud to have a strong affiliation with the
High Cloud Foundation.
Trish Deel - Promotions Manager
Trish Deel has 10 years of promotional staffing and talent experience within the D.C. Washington Metropolitan area as well as national venues. She has executed successful promotions for such nationally recognized companies as Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, Maytag and Kraft Corporation.
Trish has also promoted for some of the most prestigious companies within the cosmetic industry including Chanel, Christian Dior, and Elizabeth Arden.
Her emphasis and expertise is to bring exposure and to increase brand name awareness for all customers. Trish is also a professional makeup artist and has worked with a variety of nationally recognized studios and personalities.

Anca Novacovici - Sustainability Consultant
Anca Novacovici is the founder and president of Eco-Coach, Inc., an environmental sustainability consulting company that assists leading organizations in evaluating, designing and implementing sustainable practices. Clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller businesses and individuals. Anca is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and is on the Board of the Green Building Institute. She is the co-author two books: ‘DC Metro Area Green Career and Jobs Guide’ and ‘Sustainability 101: A Toolkit for your Business’, and speaks frequently on various aspects of ‘going green’.
Prior to Eco-Coach, Inc, Anca was a management consultant, first with Davies Consulting Inc., and then with her own company, Axis Business Consulting Inc. She has over ten years’ experience with strategic planning, change management, business process redesign, benchmarking, training and communications. She has worked with companies in the energy, health care, utility, and telecommunications sectors, and with international lending institutions. Her passion for, and involvement with, environmental issues outside of work led her to start Eco-Coach, which combines her management consulting expertise with her interest in green, healthy businesses and buildings.
Anca obtained her Masters of Business Administration in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Matthew runs a radio blog show that has 10,000 active listeners from around the world and is a well known local figure and new media consultant.
Matthew recently completed a consultation with the Youth Federation for World Peace which has 60 chapters and 25,000 young ambassadors for peace globally. Matthew was also a keynote speaker at the United Nations.
Melissa Chern - Account Manager
Melissa obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and offers over 10 years of marketing, sales and customer service experience specializing in Non-Profit public relations and for-profit Direct Marketing.
As a professional volunteer and leader in the community, Melissa contributes as the Public Relations Manager for AASuccess.org, a Non-Profit dedicated to empowering Asian American students to be powerful leaders in the community through professional networking events and by perfecting the act of giving back. She also manages direct marketing, PR events, and New Media marketing for other non-profits and the restaurants that sponsor benefit events.
She enjoys making a difference, traveling, photography, writing, beading, networking, marketing, multiculturalism, languages, and exploring the Great Outdoors.
